If you are looking for a mid-range gaming laptop with good enough specifications for running games at Full HD resolution, MSI Malaysia today announced that they have started offering their latest laptops, the MSI Bravo 15 and 17 for the local market.
The MSI Bravo laptop series is a laptop with a combination of AMD processing chips and a mid-range NVIDIA graphics card for those who want a gaming laptop that can still run modern games without having to empty their bank account.
Starting with the display, the MSI Bravo 15 and 17 are equipped with 15- and 17-inch IPS displays with Full HD resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. These laptops are also powered by a choice of AMD Ryzen 5 7535HS and AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS CPUs with 8GB of DDR5 memory and 512GB of SSD storage.
In terms of graphics card offerings, MSI Bravo 17 comes with an option of NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 for Bravo 17, while NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 is for both MSI Bravo 17 and Bravo 15 models.
It also comes with a MUX Switch feature where this laptop will use the graphics chip in the CPU to activate the display without having to use additional power from a foreign GPU.
Both laptops are also loaded with two USB 3.2 Type-A plugs, one USB 3.2 Type-C plug and one USB 2.0 Type-A plug. An HDMI 2.1 plug is also shown, which can be used to connect this laptop to a 4K resolution screen display.
MSI Malaysia confirms that the MSI Bravo 15 and 17 series of laptops have already entered the local market, and are offered at the following price tags:
MSI Bravo 17 (AMD Ryzen 5, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050) – RM4699
MSI Bravo 17 (AMD Ryzen 7, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060) – RM5199
MSI Bravo 15 (AMD Ryzen 7, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050) – RM4799
MSI also confirmed that the MSI Bravo 15 will only be offered through local Brightstar Gaming physical stores.
