NVIDIA seems to be preparing to replace their GeForce RTX 3000 series of cards with the GeForce RTX 4000 series entirely with rumors saying that they have discontinued production of their GeForce RTX 3060 Ti model processing chips.
NVIDIA is expected to show the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti series of graphics cards soon, and will replace the entire GeForce RTX 3000 series of graphics cards with it. This is in line with other reports that also say that the production of new graphics cards is increasing to ensure that there is enough supply for those who want to upgrade their computer, or want to build a new affordable computer.
It is expected that this latest affordable class NVIDIA graphics card will allow people to enjoy gaming at Full HD scale with refresh rate and also high graphics settings without having to use so much power.
For now, the internal specifications known about the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti graphics card include the possibility that it will be offered with 8GB VRAM and 16GB GDDR6 memory options with 128GB memory width and 18Gbps data transmission speed depending on the model.
In terms of core specifications, this new graphics card will reportedly also come with 32 stream processing (streaming multiprocessor) consisting of 4352 CUDA cores, 128 Tensor cores and 32 ray tracing cores. Compared to the previous RTX 3060 Ti graphics card, it has 4 cheat stream processors, but with the current Ada Lovelace graphics processing technology, it is expected to come up with better graphics performance even with lower power consumption.
