The NVIDIA GeForce RTX XX60 series of graphics cards can be said to be a popular series of graphics cards because it usually comes with a combination of good performance and an affordable price tag that makes it the choice of many PC gaming enthusiasts who don't want to spend too much money on their computer.
Recently, NVIDIA has launched their latest graphics card series, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 graphics card series which also includes the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti graphics card. Starting with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060, it uses the AD107 graphics chip that comes with 18.9 billion transistors and is built using the 4nm process by TSMC.
This graphics card also comes with 8GB of GDDR6 memory, 24 stream processors (streaming multiprocessors), 96 tensor cores and 24 RT cores for ray-tracing purposes. It also has 15TFLOPS performance for FP32 calculations, and according to NVIDIA, it is powerful enough to run modern games at Full HD resolution and high refresh rates with only 115W power consumption.
As for the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti graphics card, this graphics card comes with two model options. In terms of the number of components used, this graphics card is loaded with 34 stream processors, 136 tensor cores and 34 RT cores for ray-tracing purposes. It also has a Boost Clock speed of 2535MHz which allows it to also perform at a greater Full HD resolution.
Just like the other graphics cards offered in the Geforce RTX 4000 series, this series of graphics cards also comes with new technology support such as DLSS 3 on more than 50 computer games.
The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti will come with two model options, including 8GB of GDDR6 memory and also an option with 16GB. For now, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti graphics card with 8GB memory will be offered first from May 24 at a price starting at $399.
For the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti with 16GB of memory, it will go on sale this July at a price of $499. The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 will go on sale at the same time for $299. Interestingly for the local market, the GeForce RTX 4060 graphics card shows a local price tag starting at RM1539.
These graphics cards will be offered in Founders Edition designs as well as through other graphics card makers.
