FIFA 23, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, and Minecraft are a number of games that often score quite consistent sales figures. Even so, this dominance was undermined by a new game made by Deep Silver Dambuster Studios.
The game in question is Dead Island 2. Its arrival on several gaming platforms such as PS4, PS5, Xbox, and PC has not been long, April 21, 2023 to be precise.
But his arrival has been able to attract the attention of gamers, especially those who live in the UK. From the data released by Games Industry regarding the top ten selling games in the UK, Dead Island 2 is the best-selling this week.
Deep Silver Dambuster's masterpiece, was able to beat Minecraft Legends and Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp as a newcomer. It's been said that the game was able to sell, roughly half of what Resident Evil 4 Remake got.
It's just that the exact numbers are not yet known, until later the data will be released at the end of this week. Even though it hasn't been able to keep up with Resident Evil 4's record, at least Dead Island 2 is much better than Dead Space.
Now, what's interesting is that a game that was released a few months ago is still in the top ten best-selling games in the UK. There is God of War Ragnarok, who previously visited gamers in November 2022, still feels comfortable in the top ten.
Then the Hogwarts Legacy is in seventh place this week, after previously being in fourth place. The decline was also felt by FIFA 23, which was previously at the top and now has to drop to fifth place.
