All device manufacturers now want to have their own product ecosystem. Samsung with SmartThings, Apple with HomeKit, Google with Google Home, and Realme with Techlife.
The latest one of the brands under realme Techlife, which is Dizo, has reportedly died. Recently Abhilash Panda as the CEO of Dizo has resigned and after the Dizo application is updated users can no longer log in to their respective accounts so many products can no longer be used.
Not only that, many users also reported that all email reports and customer service assistance were no longer received. In fact, sources have stated that many Dizo employees have also resigned.
Among the products under Dizo are audio accessories, AIoT products, personal care products, wearable devices and various accessories. Dizo products that are also sold in Malaysia. For now there is still no information whether it will be affected or not.
This problem happened a month after realme Techlife was rebranded to Narzo. At that time the fate of the Dizo product was still unknown except according to realme that users can follow realme India's Twitter account for updates on AIoT product information.
So does this mean Techlife becomes Narzo and Dizo becomes Realme? Let's wait for the official information later.
