The OnePlus Nord 3 Will Have a Built-in Infrared Sensor

OnePlus Nord 3 is expected to be launched soon. This device will be OnePlus' premium mid-range device this year as a successor to the Nord 2T. The Nord 3 is said to be the same device as the OnePlus Ace 2V that was launched in China two months ago.

Well-known leaker Max Jambor recently revealed that the OnePlus Nord 3 might include an infrared sensor to turn the phone into a universal remote control that can control fans, air conditioners, televisions and more.

This feature is no stranger to Chinese devices such as Honor, Poco, Xiaomi and Huawei. But for OnePlus is rarely done. The first time was on the OnePlus 11R in India which is the OnePlus Ace 2.

In China OnePlus Ace 2V uses a 6.74-inch flat OLED screen with a resolution of 2772 x 1240 and 120Hz. The chip is Dimensity 9000 which is matched with memory up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and internal storage up to 512GB UFS 3.1. The battery is 5000mAh with 80W SuperVOOC fast charging, the camera uses a 64+8+2 Megapixel sensor combination with a 16 Megapixel selfie camera.
