WhatsApp has now introduced the latest beta version of their application on the Android platform, and added an interesting feature that many have been waiting for – the ability to share screen recordings or casting through it.
With this step, it simultaneously makes a video call more interactive – and you can easily show things like application demos, documents and so on to the recipient of the video call.
This feature can be accessed through a special button included when in video calling mode, which will open the permission for you to allow screen sharing or casting. Next, once authorized, it will allow the recipient of the call to also see the screen of your device.
From our own experiments, it runs smoothly, making it easier to explain things more effectively.
For now, this feature is only available to WhatsApp Beta users to start screen recording sharing – but anyone can see it when a video call takes place.
