WhatsApp introduced the Companion Mode feature that allows it to be used on up to five devices simultaneously a few weeks ago. But this feature is limited to Android users only. Today according to WABetaInfo, this feature is starting to be activated for iPhone users.
However, this feature is provided in stages because we are still not able to access even though WhatsApp has been updated to the latest version. With Compaion Mode, WhatsApp can be used on other Android and iOS devices just like accessing it on the web version.
One device still needs to be the master device so it can provide a QR code that other devices need to scan to access Companion Mode. This device is also the only one that can perform data backup with this feature not accessible on other devices.
