WhatsApp is now seen testing a new interface on the Android version, where the navigation bar is positioned at the bottom.
Through the changes shared by WABetaInfo, it is seen that WhatsApp is emphasizing more on calling, community and WhatsApp Status features than before. Today, the navigation section is positioned at the top in text-only form, except for communities that use an icon-only display at the left end.
For now, WhatsApp is testing this new interface view on a limited basis to selected WhatsApp Beta users. The use of the navigation bar at the bottom at the same time makes the offer of this messaging application on Android more similar to the offer on iOS which is ready to use the form of navigation below.
