CelcomDigi has been offering access to the 5G network for free through 5G Boosters subscriptions. Customers only need to go to the Digi or Celcom app to activate it. But this free offer will end for certain plan customers starting July 1, 2023.
Today the new 5G Boosters plan has been launched by CelcomDigi with more information on which plans can continue to enjoy it without additional fees. Postpaid customers with plans over RM90 get free 5G Boosters every month. Customers of postpaid plans below RM90 need to pay RM10 per month to enjoy CelcomDigi's 5G network.
Postpaid plan customers of RM90 and above can also subscribe to 5G Boosters with an additional 30GB quota at a price of RM10 per month. For postpaid customers below RM90 it is offered at a price of RM20 per month. It should be noted that the offer for 5G Boosters with data quota will end on 30 September 2023.
