Customers are seen starting to complain through Digi's social media site about the problems they have been facing for the past three hours. Although an official statement on this issue has not been released, through a reply on social media Digi representatives confirmed that they are aware of this issue with service expected to be restored within four hours.
The disruption only involves Digi Fiber services, with other Digi services still operating as usual. For customers who need help or more information, please contact Digi Fiber customer service to get a more up-to-date estimate of when their internet service will be available again.
