Instagram Broadcast Channels Now Launching For Global Users


 Instagram through a statement on the official website announced that the Instagram Broadcast Channels function is now available to global users since its introduction last February.



It is a function that can be used to quickly send message content to a group of followers. In the meantime, also provides a new space to keep in touch in an easier way.



Users can not only share text at a time, but various updates in the form of pictures and videos can also be shared. It's even more interesting when the creator can also use the voice message function to communicate, then followers can give feedback on shared content.


If there is content they don't like, followers can leave or mute the broadcast channel at any time. In the meantime, notification controls are also provided that allow them to change it accordingly.



In addition to the implementation of this feature improvement process, some new updates were also introduced such as creators being able to invite other creators to participate in their broadcast channels. Creators can also ask open-ended questions for the purpose of gathering feedback from followers.



Also included is a dedicated channel tab in the inbox so people can easily access subscribed channels or find new channels. Then the creators can also set the date and time of the end of the broadcast for the purpose of promoting their respective channels.


Meanwhile, the moderator function allows the channel to be well managed, while the broadcast can also be shared on stories to attract the attention of more followers.
