Intel Meteor Lake May Show Rebranding of These Processing Chip Models

Previously, we reported on a number of details about the 14th generation Intel processor chip series, Meteor Lake. Details such as the construction process and also the new technologies that will be introduced can be seen through the series of chips.

Recently, it has been reported that there is a high possibility that the Meteor Lake chips will also feature new branding for the first time since Intel's processor chips switched from the Core 2 series to the Intel Core i in 2008.

According to twitter user @InstLatX64, he has found the model name of one of Meteor Lake's new processing chips, which is called Intel Core Ultra 7 1002H. This processing chip is seen to come with six performance cores, eight efficient cores and two new cores built into the SoC, which is expected to be a chip that will be used for artificial intelligence functions. Combined with these 22 cores are 22 power threads through the hyper-threading feature.

It is also reported that this is not the first model with this name shown, there is another model with the name Intel Core Ultra 7 1003H. This is quite interesting especially when we see that this processing chip is not only built using a brand new process, but also comes with features that have not been seen in any Intel processing chip before.

Intel is expected to show this processing chip in the third or fourth quarter of this year, probably for the laptop series first before the desktop class processing chip.
