Apple Maps is a built-in map support present on Apple devices such as the iPhone. Interestingly, through iOS 17, Apple also added support for using Apple Maps offline.
For this purpose, users can select a location on the map, and download the map data on the iPhone for offline use.
Users can also download data such as operating hours, etc. - including using Apple Maps for navigation when driving or cycling, or when climbing hills using Apple Maps.
This new feature for Apple Maps will be available through iOS 17 later.
