According to Maybank, EzyWasiat is to provide peace of mind in property management and ensure that it is properly managed after the death of an individual.
Although EzyWasiat is aimed at Muslims, it is actually also open to non-Muslims who have long wanted to create a will but are hindered due to various factors such as cost, lack of facilities and a complicated process.
Although the registration process is done entirely online, the process of dealing and further discussion can still be done physically by the customer. According to Maybank, EzyWasiat transactions are also offered at all bank branches. Finally, at this time registration is only through the website with no plans to integrate it in the existing Maybank application.
