The Motorola Razr 40 Ultra and Razr 40 were just launched a few weeks ago to rave reviews among early adopters. As usual in Malaysia the availability of Motorola's latest devices is highly dependent on Lenovo's decision. During the launch ceremony of several Lenovo laptops this morning, we managed to get certainty about whether the Razr 40 Ultra or the Razr 40 will be coming to Malaysia.
Varinderjit Singh, the general manager of Lenovo Malaysia confirmed that the company is still considering the entry of this foldable screen phone into the local market. He explained that unlike the laptop market dominated by Lenovo, the smartphone market is more challenging because they are not among the manufacturers with the largest market.
No word yet but with Lenovo open to the idea of marketing it in Malaysia it at least gives hope to those who might want a compact foldable screen device that isn't from Samsung, Oppo or Huawei.
