Photobucket was one of the first services to offer online photo storage. However, over the past few years, with the explosion of more attractive offerings, it has made Photobucket change some of their offering methods.
After ending support for free accounts for photo hosting on the external web last 2017, Photobucket is now taking steps to completely end free accounts on their service.
For existing Photobucket users as well, they are required to upgrade their accounts to avoid account deactivation – thereby losing all photos on their account.
For Photobucket users, you are requested to download the photos first before losing them completely due to the end of support of this free account.
