Compact and powerful gaming laptops are nothing new, but only a small number of brands have managed to develop quality products, and Razer is seen as one of them.
The company has just updated the specifications of their Razer Blade 14 with the latest components from AMD as well as NVIDIA. In terms of CPU, this laptop is powered by an AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS processing chip that has eight physical cores and 16 power threads, with DDR5 memory options up to 16GB that can be upgraded up to 64GB and SSD PCIe 4.0 storage of 1TB.
In terms of graphics card offerings, this laptop comes with a choice of NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 graphics cards that are powerful enough to run modern games at high settings, resolutions and refresh rates.
Speaking of resolution, the Razer Blade 14 is loaded with a 14-inch screen display with a QHD+ (2560×1600) resolution that has a higher 16:10 display ratio with a 240Hz refresh rate with a brightness value of 500 nits and also the ability to process 100 percent of the color gamut DCI-P3.
With the use of this latest AMD processing chip, AMD also says that the Razer Blade 14 comes with a battery life of 10 hours with a full charge through the built-in 68Wh battery. This is probably for the use of normal tasks such as browsing the web and watching videos, as we expect that the battery life will be lower when used for gaming purposes.
Razer Blade 14 also comes with a thickness of only 17.99mm and has a weight of 1.84kg which makes it a laptop that is easy to carry anywhere.
This laptop comes in Matte Black and Mercury White color options, where the Mercury White model appears
Pre-orders for the Razer Blade 14 are already open in selected markets at a price of $2,399 for the model with the GeForce RTX 4060 graphics card and $2,699 for the model with the GeForce RTX 4070 graphics card.
