The government is ready to inform about Telegram's refusal to cooperate in curbing a number of unhealthy content - especially in the form of porn and fraud. The problems that arise due to such content are increasing day by day, and now the government is looking at several methods to curb the matter.
Speaking further about it, the Minister of Communications and Digital stated that the government's action against Telegram is expected to have a minimal impact on users of the application. The Telegram application is already widely used by local users, especially in sharing large files.
It was once again emphasized that Telegram still does not cooperate with the government in discussing the misuse of the content and the application.
