TikTok, which started as a video platform provider, has now expanded its offering to cover several other content variations. Most recently, TikTok tested a new sharing mode, which is a purely text-based mode.
With this move, users can share in text form only – more or less like on Stories. Songs will be added automatically before sharing, which users can also customize the song they want along with sharing the text.
Some other customizations such as background color, text type and so on can also be changed through the settings.
This new feature appears to be being tested in stages. With this move as well, we may see more text sharing happening on the TikTok platform.
