Unifi Telecommunication Center Introduced For Better Customer Convenience and Experience


 TM has TMpoint branches which are Unifi's customer service centers throughout Malaysia. Through the new branding effort "Your Next Is Now' by Unifi, TMpoint will come up with innovations as a telecommunications center that focuses on the experience of using services from Unifi. The innovation that Unifi offers at this telecommunication center is to upgrade their concept store towards more digital, and it can be felt at the Unifi Telecommunication Center that has opened at IOI City Mall recently.



Unifi has a variety of products targeted at different types of users. Not limited to Unifi Home broadband internet provider, other services such as Unifi TV, their mobile network Unifi Mobile, and also Unifi for Business targeted at businesses, are also offered.



Now all the services and products they offer can be tried and felt through the network of Unifi Telecommunication Centers that have been given a new lease of life. Apart from telecommunication devices, they also sell PlayStation 5, smart watches, smart speakers, smart home systems and smart devices, which will be added from time to time.



You may be wondering, what has been digitized in their telecommunications center? As the first branch to be given a new lease of life, all matters related to Unifi are more systematic and easier. Users only need to take the queue number by scanning the QR code, and the number will be sent directly to their mobile phone via SMS.


Customers have the option to stay inside or not have to wait at this Unifi telecommunication center and can do other business while their turn is called by SMS. This rotation system will also be brought to other TMpoints in stages.



Users can also do any business related to their bills, with the help of Unifi's 'Care Crew', or through self-service kiosks that also support making bill payments other than Unifi. Unifi IOI City Mall also provides space for users to try the Unifi TV service for themselves, and also has a tablet that allows users to try the application through the device.


Customers can come to this branch for support services related to their subscription, and if necessary, a technical support team will be dispatched to the user's location to deal with their subscription-related issues.



Unifi also aims to open more telecommunication centers consisting of four (4) categories, namely:


Experience – The Telecommunication Center focuses on experiences that allow users to experience the services offered by TM as well as inspire them on how digital products can improve the way users live.

Hub – Created as a local telecommunications center, the Hub provides a space for communities and PMKS to learn about technology and digitization. Users can also attend workshops in a space specially designed for this purpose.

Connect – is a one-stop shop for all users and PMKS, from purchasing to getting support and consulting on Unifi services and products.

Express – offering quick purchase, payment and service, Express will be created as a small kiosk/store in strategic locations and potentially become the focus of many.


Unifi also stated that existing TMpoints will also be upgraded in stages. Through this Unifi telecommunication center that has been given a new lease of life, TM intends to bring a service that emphasizes the customer experience and at the same time ensures that technology is perfectly assimilated into the daily lives of all of us as users.
