Telekom Malaysia today made a surprise by adding Netflix offerings under the Unifi TV package. Unifi customers will be able to enjoy access to Netflix from 23 June 2023, which is tomorrow.
With this move, Unifi TV becomes a platform that brings together various types of streaming services – and the largest in Malaysia at the moment.
To subscribe, Unifi customers can add Netflix to a new or existing plan at all Unifi Stores or call 100 for a subscription package at a promotional price. This includes limited time offers on Unifi TV's latest premium TV pack, the Ultimate Plus Pack at RM69.90 and the Ultimate Max Pack at RM89.90. This Unifi offering pack may be worth it considering that it also includes access to other streaming services like Hotstar and others.
These two new add-on packs come at an introductory promotional price, but they seem to be well worth it because on the Ultimate Plus Pack at a price of RM69.90 per month, users will receive access to Netflix, Hotstar, and Lionsgate. While the Ultimate Max Pack at the price of RM89.90 per month also adds access to Viu and iQiyi.
