Xiaomi 13 Ultra was launched in China last mid-April. For those who are waiting for this device to come to Malaysia, this wait will be over because the 13 Ultra will be launched to the global market on June 7. This was confirmed via the Xiaomi Hong Kong website which indicated that a special event would take place on that date.
This device is equipped with a 6.73″ AMOLED LTPO 120Hz screen, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, memory up to 16GB RAM, storage up to 512GB and a battery of 5000 mAh. The battery supports 90W wired charging, 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse charging.
The quad camera system of the 13 Ultra is definitely the focus of the crowd. It features a 50MP 1″ Sony IMX 989 wide-angle lens with OIS, a 50MP Sony IMX 858 ultra-wide-angle lens, a 50MP Sony IMX 858 telephoto up to 3.2X optical zoom with OIS, and another 50MP Sony IMX 858 telephoto lens with up to 5X optical zoom optical with OIS. This main camera can do digital zoom up to 120X.
On the front, a 32MP sensor is included for taking selfies. Wide-angle lenses have variable aperture sizes. The capabilities of the 13 Pro are already impressive so we are among the excited to test the 13 Ultra when it arrives in the Malaysian market.
