The BigPay application has been updated with a new, cleaner interface to provide a better accessing experience. This overhaul or reorganization was made for the first time since the application was launched in 2018.
Looking in more detail starting with the main screen, it has been reorganized to make it easier for users to see the BigPay card balance and the value stored in Stashes immediately. For those who may not be sure what Stashes are, it is a feature that works like a 'treasury' that can be a personal space for saving money and spending.
DuitNow's profile and QR scanner can also be easily accessed in the upper right and left corner respectively. Quick access to some important key features such as DuitNow and international money transfer (International Transfer) is also now easier than ever. The icon is also cheerful with the combination of turquoise and pink colors that adorn it.
The transaction display is also neater and minimalistic which makes it easier to review expenses, besides users can also follow various interesting promotions continuously. In the meantime, the navigation bar at the bottom is also simpler with only three buttons instead of the previous five, namely Home, Explore and Rewards.
BigPay also updated the Explore, Rewards and Account sections with a clearer display of content and labels. This includes the accumulated balance value for all cash rebates and reward points. Reorganization was also made to the analysis and transaction history pages with various summaries of specific spending amounts and patterns.
Looking in general, this new change looks neater and simpler than the previous version. Our review also found that updates are automatically available on the app. However, if you are not comfortable, you can simply return to the old interface by clicking on "Switch back to old design".
