If you are having difficulty making payments using the GrabPay digital wallet, Grab Malaysia has just issued a statement that the service is experiencing service interruption issues for the time being.
Grab's statement issued confirms that payment via GrabPay credit and also the PayLater by Grab service cannot be done for the time being. In fact, the GrabPay credit addition service is also impossible or difficult to do.
Grab Malaysia is aware of the issue that users are facing, and is trying to resolve it as soon as possible. For now, it is seen that payment for any purchase or use of services using a credit card does not have any problems.
