Apart from the Huawei Nova 11 device series, Huawei Malaysia was also seen introducing their latest Huawei MatePad and Huawei MateBook tablet and laptop series for the local market during their launch event.
Turning to the laptop offerings, Huawei Malaysia brought in the Huawei MateBook 16s and Huawei MateBook D14, two productivity laptops developed with slightly different needs from each other.
Starting with the Huawei MateBook 16s, this laptop comes with a 16-inch touchscreen display with a 2.5K resolution and a 3:2 display ratio that has a brightness value as high as 400nit, suitable for various types of productivity tasks or leisure activities such as watching your favorite videos. on YouTube and even Netflix.
This laptop is powered by Alder Lake's 13th generation Intel Core i9 processing chip, and comes with 16GB of DDR5 memory and 1TB of PCIe SSD storage. With a thickness of 17.8mm and a weight of 1.99kg, this laptop is suitable for use as a productivity machine that can be taken anywhere.
For those of you who do not need such powerful processing power, the Huawei MateBook D14 has also been updated with a series of 12th generation Intel processing chips. It comes with an IPS FullView Display with Full HD resolution and has a 90% display-to-frame ratio that maximizes the display size in a more compact design.
Speaking of size, Huawei MateBook D14 also comes with a compact and light design, where it has a thickness of only 15.9mm, and weighs only 1.39KG. It also comes with an interesting feature, the Huawei Metaline Antenna, which Huawei promises the ability to connect to a WiFi network at a distance of 270 meters.
Both of these laptops come with an 84Whr battery which Huawei also promises to last all day.
