More Viral AirPods Could Be Hearing Aids

AirPods with features that monitor the health and fitness of users have already been reported since 2021. Last year before the second generation AirPods Pro was launched, many expected Apple's new TWS to come with the ability to detect the user's pulse but it did not happen.

Mark Gurman writing for Bloomberg today reported that Apple is still developing AirPods that can monitor users' health. More specific this time is for body temperature and detecting hearing problems.

AirPods already have a feature to create special audio profiles for users according to their hearing ability. Gurman also stated that Apple is studying to make AirPods as an alternative to hearing aids for the disabled.

Another gourmet addition to this feature is likely to arrive on the new generation AirPods Pro and AirPods Max with USB-C charging ports. This health feature will also not be launched in the near future because it will take months or years to make it successful.

The TWS that has health features that I have tested are the Amazfit PowerBuds Pro. It is a TWS that can detect the posture of the spine.
