A few days ago, we reported that MyDebit terminals have started to be found at KESAS highway tolls and it is expected that more tolls will feature these terminals. Our guess was right where this morning, we found another MyDebit terminal installed on the Maju Expressway (MEX).
This terminal was found at one of the Touch'n'Go MEX toll booths heading to Kuala Lumpur, but did not have the label being tested as before. For now we still do not know when these terminals will be operational.
MEX is a highway that connects the areas of Cyberjaya/Putrajaya to Bukit Jalil and also Kuala Lumpur and is used by thousands of vehicles every day. The installation of the MyDebit terminal is seen to give highway users more options for payment in the future.
