Tecno has introduced its new smartphone, the Pova 5, which is equipped with mid-range specifications.
Starting with the screen, it's a 6.78" IPS LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate higher than the 90Hz screen on the Pova 4. But the weakness starts to appear when this new model just uses an LCD screen compared to AMOLED in the previous generation.
Next, the MediaTek Helio G99 chip is still maintained on the Pova 5 with a memory option of 8GB RAM (LPDDR4X), virtual RAM up to 8GB and 256GB internal storage. This is further combined with a 50MP main camera (primary) + AI lens and an 8MP selfie camera. The battery is 6,000mAh with a 45W charging system that uses a USB-C port.
There is also a side fingerprint scanning system, stereo speakers, 3.5mm audio jack and NFC provided. At the same time, the device is also available in several color options such as Hurricane Blue, Amber Gold and Mecha Black, and will be offered in Malaysia in the near future.
