The Razer Basilisk V3 Pro is one of Razer's gaming mice packed with features and interesting functions such as supporting a 4000Hz response rate with a 0.25ms time interval, wireless charging, programmable buttons and RGB Razer Chroma features. Yesterday Razer Cobra Pro was launched in Malaysia as a more affordable alternative.
The Razer Cobra Pro comes with 10 built-in buttons (7x top, 2x side, 1x bottom) that are programmable, can save five different profiles, uses the same Focus Pro 30K optical sensor as the Basilisk V3 Pro and durable third-generation mouse optical switches up to 90 million clicks.
There are 11 Razer Chroma color zones with Smart Dimming support that can automatically dim RGB for longer battery life. HyperSpeed connection and 4000Hz response rate with connection to Razer Mouse Dock Pro or Razer HyperPolling Wireless Dongle.
The Razer Cobra Pro is designed with a symmetrical design targeting right-handed users. The mouse is also quite light at 77g. Battery life is claimed to last up to 100 hours with HyperSpeed or 170 hours with Bluetooth. For wireless charging the Cobra Pro supports the Razer Wireless Charging Puck which is sold separately.
Razer also launched a more affordable and light but wired version of the Cobra. It is designed with a weight of 58g, has only 8 programmable buttons, supports only 1 profile, optical sensor is only up to 8500 DPI and built-in Speedflex wire. Razer Chroma's RGB color zone is also limited to one section only. Sorry to inform you that this model is not sold in Malaysia.
