RedMagic Gaming Tablet has been officially launched in China. It is built with a completely metal-based material but is said to be able to offer a light and thin body. A 12.1-inch LCD screen specially made by BOE with a refresh rate of 144Hz is used. This is also matched with some other extra features such as 600nits peak brightness, 16:10 screen ratio and 1500:1 contrast.
Next, the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip, memory up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and storage up to 512GB UFS3.1 are used as the mainstay. In addition to also loading the ICE Magic Cooling System cooling system for the purpose of better performance. The battery capacity is 10,000mAh which also supports 80W fast charging through USB-C connection.
Also complementing this tablet, is a 16MP main camera on the back and a 13MP selfie camera. To facilitate productivity, stylus and physical keyboard support is also provided. Other specifications include four speaker units with DTS Ultra audio system, Game Space support and running Android 13.
The selling price of the device starts at RMB3,999 (~RM2,565) (12/256GB) and RMB4599 (~RM2,950) (16/512GB) one. It is available in one color option which is Night Knight.
