Telegram Introduces "Stories" Feature - Only Limited To Telegram Premium Users

Telegram has previously stated that it will introduce the Telegram Stories feature - where it works more or less the same as on Instagram and Facebook, allowing users to publish short shares that will disappear after a set amount of time. Now, today, the feature has finally been activated for Telegram users.

Telegram Stories is also positioned at the top of the application, making it easier for users to see sharing from friends and so on. In addition to sharing pictures, videos and texts as usual, Telegram Stories also added the feature of recording videos using the front and back cameras simultaneously.

Users can also choose to make shared content disappear after 6 hours, 12 hours or 46 hours.

Anyway, the introduction of this feature is limited to Telegram Premium users only. Only Telegram Premium users can publish Telegram Stories, while other Telegram users can only view them.

Will this move make more people subscribe to Telegram Premium? In Malaysia, Telegram Premium is offered at a price of RM22.90 per month.
