Tesla is now officially scheduled to enter and launch their company in Malaysia, on July 20, 2023. Tesla is expected to share their vision and targets for the Malaysian market on that date.
For information, previously, the government has confirmed Tesla's entry into the local market, and also said it will build up to 50 Superchargers throughout Malaysia within three years. In parallel, Tesla has also started looking for local workers before.
With the official entry of Tesla, we will hear more about their vision for the local market – including how they will change the electric car scene in Malaysia. Let's all look forward to Tesla's surprise in about three weeks.
