Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram is currently preparing to launch a competing app for Twitter, and through a listing on the app store, it is expected to launch this week, as early as July 6, 2023.
Named Threads, it will operate under the Instagram team and offer a Twitter-like user experience. Threads will facilitate sharing in the form of text, as well as including pictures and so on.
With all the drama hitting Twitter lately, many are looking to a truly solid and stable alternative. Threads are expected to successfully fill the space. It will be marketed under Instagram while attracting many users to use it. Previously, it was also said that it would integrate decentralized features to make it easier for users to bring accounts to other platforms without losing any data.
