Meta today introduced Threads, which is an alternative application to Twitter that can be logged in using an Instagram account. The application received many positive reactions, including seeing the registration reach over 10 million accounts in a short time.
These new threads still have some shortcomings, but the main one is the absence of a timeline display for only the accounts we follow. Answering the question, Adam Mosseri who leads Instagram stated the feature in their list for features to be added.
However, no time has been given when the feature will be introduced.
In addition, Threads also aims to add multi-account support features in the near future.
For information, Instagram already has a sharing filtering feature to see only the accounts we follow. With Threads under Instagram, it is not impossible that we will see it introduced soon.
