TikTok Shop has many active users from various countries including Malaysia itself. It is also known as a live stream shopping mall with hundreds of types of items. Did you know that pay-as-you-go (BNPL) service through Atome is now available on TikTok Shop?
That's right, TikTok Shops now offers BNPL services through Atome as a new payment option. It is also ready for use by users in Malaysia, which means you can make payments in installments but with conditions. For example, purchasing goods at TikTok Shops using Atome allows you to make installment payments within three to six months without interest.
However, users need to link their Atome and TikTok accounts first to use this method. Then all information such as method, value and payment period will be shown specifically for the purpose of facilitating users.
This feature is already offered and its introduction is said to be in line with ByteDance's plans to invest billions of dollars in Southeast Asia over the next three to five years.
