Touch n Go eWallet now continues to add financial features to their digital wallet. The latest feature introduced is GoRemit - where as the name suggests, it makes it easy for users to send money to more than 10 countries easily.
Users only need to select the GoRemit menu, and then select the payment or money transfer method. Currently, three modes of delivery are provided by country, including via bank, cash delivery, and also through local digital wallets in the country.
Once the mode is selected, the user can then select the amount to be sent and the money exchange calculation will be done immediately through the TNG eWallet application. GoRemit currently supports sending to Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Pakistan.
Next, the user needs to do some verification, and send money directly to the recipient easily. With this step too, it makes it easier to send money abroad directly through the TNG eWallet digital wallet. Shipping will incur a small processing charge. From our test for delivery to Indonesia, it charges RM10 for money delivery.
