VisionOS “Clone” Developed For Meta Quest Pro

Apple Vision Pro is the most advanced mixed reality headset we've ever seen. It will only be launched in 2024 with a price of RM16000. Apple calls this headset the first spatial computing device. It's like an iPad and an iPhone combined and can also display a MacBook screen.

The Vision Pro runs the visionOS operating system and if you feel the price of this headset is too expensive, a visionOS "clone" was successfully developed to be tested on the Meta Quest Pro.

This clone's visionOS interface is developed with Nova services. Through it users can control with their eyes because the Quest Pro has an eye tracking sensor and can also use squeeze controls. Although not as smooth as what was shown on the Vision Pro, at least those who own a Quest Pro can imagine how this fruit brand headset works.

It's just an empty interface that doesn't have any functional applications. Those who want to try Nova offer it for free. The APK file has already been made available on the GitHub site and users can install it to Quest Pro for testing.
