YouTube Tests "Stable Volume" Feature To Balance Audio

YouTube regularly tests new features on their app, either for iOS or for Android. Recently they introduced a screen lock feature for YouTube Premium users. The latest YouTube content creator on the This is Tech Today channel, Brandon Lee, discovered a new feature called Stable Volume.

This feature is seen to balance the sound level of the video for a better listening experience. Some videos on YouTube now sometimes have people's voices speaking softly, but then the music gets loud and can startle the audience. With this feature it can ensure that the audio remains balanced throughout the video.

This feature has not yet been rolled out to all users. This may be a move YouTube is A/B testing to see how many people use it and if it will be useful in the future. How this feature works is also still uncertain. What do you think about this feature?
