The tablet arena has not changed drastically in recent years. Apple is now reportedly looking to change that as early as 2024, through their iPad Pro family of devices. Despite leading the tablet arena, however, iPad sales figures have been flat over the past few years - forcing Apple to come up with major changes to the iPad Pro soon.
According to a Bloomberg report, the new iPad Pro will come with an updated design that includes a slightly larger OLED screen, as well as updates to accessories such as the Magic Keyboard.
With this change, the new iPad Pro family is expected to come with 11-inch and 13-inch screen options. It is also expected to be powered by the new Apple M3 chip – in line with what is used in the MacBook. With this move, users can use various high-powered editing software without problems directly on the iPad.
For now, it is not known yet the launch date of this new iPad Pro. However, with this latest partnership, it should make Apple's other competitors in the tablet arena to also think of something new in 2024.
