CelcomDigi Plans to Divest Yoodo Stake

 Launched in 2018, Yoodo is owned and operated by CelcomDigi as a digital mobile service. In the support page, the company describes itself as still partially funded by Celcom for now.

But through a short question and answer session with the media today, CelcomDigi said they are planning to release Yoodo as part of the agreement for the merger of the two companies. CelcomDigi explained its side in discussions with several interested parties, including overseas, to take over Yoodo.

As many know, Yoodo is more focused on the eSports segment, therefore CelcomDigi is now looking for related partners who can take Yoodo to grow further.
