Have you ever lost work or been warned because of a hack sent through X? If so Elon Musk guarantees to provide legal assistance to win the case against the employer in court. In a status uploaded on X this weekend, Musk said no limits will be imposed to ensure freedom of voice is not hindered.
Musk also said he would help affected employees sue the company up to the company's board level. He also did not say whether this offer is open to all X users or limited to the United States only.
In Malaysia more and more companies have clauses regarding social media users. In the majority of cases the obstacle of uploading a status that can damage the company's name should be agreed and the employer has the right to remove the staff if this is violated.
