Elon Musk now shared via X or Twitter, saying that he will remove the "Block" feature or prevent people from following an account on X. Elon Musk said that there is no need to have a "Block" feature, and users can use the support to mute or "Mute" something account as an alternative.
Anyway, Elon Musk stated that he will keep the "Block" feature on the DM section.
Elon Musk responded to user questions regarding the "Block" feature in X, and simply stated the matter without sharing more about it. "Block" is available to prevent people from seeing any sharing, including viewing profiles and so on.
This matter already received negative feedback from X users.
In addition to user feedback, the settings in the App Store and even the Google Play Store already have rules that require the feature to be included by X in their applications.
It is not yet known whether this will be implemented or not. Elon Musk often gives quick responses without any further information, and some have not been realized until now.
