Intel And Lenovo Collaborate To Open Engineering Lab In China

Intel and Lenovo are two technology companies that have been working together for a long time, and have developed devices that are used by various types of users, from the government sector, industry and ordinary users.

Recently, it has been reported that these two companies are working together to open a device engineering lab in Shanghai, China called the Advanced System Innovation Lab. In this laboratory, the engineers from these two companies join forces and develop new laptops that not only come with powerful performance, but also attractive designs.

Lenovo is quite famous for their ThinkPad series of productivity laptops that come with a thin, light design and with a very solid processing power. In collaboration with Intel, Lenovo has also developed laptops such as ThinkPad X and ThinkPad X Fold.

In fact, in the lab, Intel and Lenovo have developed OLED driver software that can be used to drive two OLED displays simultaneously. In fact, if you remember, Lenovo has introduced the Lenovo Yoga Book 9i laptop that comes with two full-size OLED screen displays.

This kind of cooperation is also quite interesting especially because these two companies will develop new devices specifically with the latest processing chips introduced by Intel. According to reports, Lenovo is currently developing a new laptop based on the Intel Lunar Lake processing chip, which is expected to be introduced in the market in mid-2024.

Collaboration between processing chip companies and device maker brands is not something new, but the uniqueness of the devices shown by Lenovo recently is proof that Lenovo is increasingly showing devices that are more unique and useful in terms of productivity.
