The iPhone is a smartphone that until today does not offer fast charging support with the iPhone 14 Pro for example charged at a maximum power of only 27W. 9to5Mac recently reported that the iPhone 15 series may support a faster charging system. It is said that these new iPhones can be charged at a power rate of up to 35W. This indirectly allows users to use the USB-C 35W dual-output charger which is sold at a price of RM239.
With a power of 35W, the iPhone can finally be fully charged in less than two hours compared to now. In addition, the iPhone 15 is also expected to support USB-C and Thunderbolt for file transfer support that is many times faster than the old generation.
The reason given by Apple before is for the long-term health of the battery. Even so this year thousands of iPhone 14 Pro series owners are complaining that their battery life has dropped below 90% even though the device is not even a year old even though the charger is slow.
