Die-hard fans of car racing video games will buy a set of steering wheels and pedals that start at around a few hundred ringgit. For those who consider themselves die-hard Porsche fans, the German high-performance car manufacturer is starting to offer a video game steering wheel for more than a regular car.
The Porsche 911 GT3 Cup video game steering wheel is modified from a real car steering wheel with carbon fiber construction material. It is lightweight and has all the switches and gear change pedals used by race car drivers. It will also be offered in a limited amount of 150 units only. At this time this steering wheel can only be used on a PC through a USB connection.
For those interested, this Porsche 911 GT3 Cup steering wheel is sold at a price of $10,475 (~RM48,604) and can be used in most major car simulation video games on PC.
