Redmi K60 Ultra Now Official With Dimensity 9200+, 24GB RAM And IP68

 


The Redmi K60 Ultra was finally officially launched tonight with it being another flagship device with a Dimensity 9200+ processor chip. It is a model that will compete directly with the previously launched K60 Pro with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip.



This device comes with a 6.67″ OLED screen with a resolution of 1.5 K, a refresh rate of 144Hz and a brightness of 2600 nits. This is paired with up to 24GB LPDDR5X memory, up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage and a 5000 mAh battery that supports 120W ultra-fast charging. With this large memory, Xioami says that up to 71 applications can be placed in the background.



Meanwhile on the back there is a triple camera system of 50MP wide angle, 8MP ultra wide angle and 2MP depth. On the front, a 16MP camera is used and it is placed in a camera hole on the screen. With a powerful chip, the K60 Ultra can record video at 8K 24FPS resolution.



An interesting feature of the K60 Ultra is that it passes the IP68 waterproof standard and the screen can support Dolby Vision content. The operating system used is MIUI 14 which is based on Android 13. At this time the K60 Ultra is only marketed in China and it is not known whether it will go to the global market like Redmi or Poco devices later.
