SmartVision 3 Is An Android Phone For The Visually Impaired


 People with disabilities are often marginalized due to infrastructure that often forgets their existence. The same issue also exists in the world of technology with various interesting features that can only be used by those who do not belong to the disabled group. Because of that devices like SmartVision 3 are launched. It is an Android phone developed specifically for the visually impaired and the elderly. Despite the touchscreen, the SmartVision 3 comes with a T-9 physical keyboard with haptic feedback.



Not only that, this device also comes with an SOS feature for emergency purposes. In addition, several applications such as banknote recognition, color detector, book reader, light detector and many more. SmartVision 3 also comes with a special charging dock so users don't have to look for a charging port.



SmartVision 3 comes with a 3.5″ screen, powered by MediaTek Helio P70 chip, 4GB RAM memory, 64GB storage with microSD card support up to 128GB, 16+2 Megapixel rear camera and 5 Megapixel selfie camera. The device's battery is 3500mAh, uses USB-C charging, still has a 3.5mm audio jack port and is limited to 4G networks only.


The device is currently sold in the United States only at a price of $539 ~RM2450) apiece.
