Last night Sony officially launched the PlayStation Portal (PSP?) which is a tablet with a built-in DualSense controller to play PlayStation 5 wirelessly. Along with this PSP, Sony also launched two audio accessories namely PlayStation Pulse Explore and Pulse Elite.
Pulse Elite is a set of wireless headphones with a built-in microphone and AI noise cancellation. Sony also offers a handle for easier storage. For audio quality Sony promises quality lossless audio without high time lag. Pulse Explore is Sony PlayStation's first TWS with the same features and functions.
Sony says each of their new audio products uses a magnetic planar type audio driver. The Pulse Elite and Explore both support Bluetooth for connection to phones, but for a computer or PS5 it uses its own PlayStation Link connection via a USB-A adapter.
The Pulse Elite and Pulse Explore both also support connection to two devices simultaneously and can quickly switch between devices using PlayStation Link. The selling price of the Pulse Elite is $149.99 (~RM696) and the Pulse Explore is $199.99 (~RM928). Let's all look forward to the next Malaysian price announcement.
