Sony Xperia 5 V will be launched on September 1 at IFA Germany, Many questions about the phone began to be unraveled after its Geekbench benchmark score was leaked to the web arena. It confirms the Xperia 5 V will be equipped with the same Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip as the Xperia 1 V.
Like previous models, the Xperia 5 series will focus on good photography capabilities but at a more affordable price than the much more flagship Xperia 1 V. The Xperia 5 V promotional video was also leaked over the weekend confirming that no drastic changes have been made to the body and that it is still equipped with a 3.5mm audio jack.
The surprise is that this time it is only equipped with a dual camera unlike the Xperia 5 IV which is equipped with a tri-camera. To what extent the camera capabilities will be affected will only be known when the device is launched later. For sure, because it's a Sony device, the selling price in Malaysia will definitely be more premium than competing devices in the same class.
